A tear in your tent, boat hood, sunshade, sun roof or in any other kind of fabric? For small damages we have a small repair kit (see our general assortment). For larger tears or holes there is now ESVO repair tape, a new and innovative product. Applicable for the repair of tent cloth, tarp, boat hood, bimini top, veranda cloth, terrace cloth, shade cloth, etc. Without colour difference, because this tape is transparent.

ESVO repair tape the permanent powerhouse as the ultimate tool for tent repairs
For really strong tent repairs ESVO repair tape is a brand new and unique repair set for all kinds of textiles and materials. With this transparent product you can immediately repair larger holes and/or cracks in all kinds of surfaces yourself. It is extremely strong, flexible, elastic and transparent. This makes ESVO repair tape a permanent remedy for damage to tent fabric. The solution for tent repair, cracks in a caravan awning, tent ground sheet, sunshade, parasol, inflatable boat, etcetera.

ESVO repair tape repairs larger tears and holes in, among others: tent cloth, tarpaulin, PVC, tent ground sheet, sunshade, rubber (inflatable) boats, sun and rain screens, jackets and bags. But also products made of aluminium, stainless steel, polyester and more. The characteristics of this repair tape in a row: absolutely waterproof - extremely strong - airtight - highly elastic - does not discolour - enormously versatile - does not dry out - transparent - permanent.

ESVO repair tape transparent fabric repair has a more than excellent adhesion and can be applied at temperatures of -28 to +60 degrees. It makes liquid glue and/or sewing unnecessary. Stretches and springs back. Can easily handle tension without loosening or tearing. Prevents further elongation of tears. Can easily be cut to size.

Tear in canvas or sunshade? ESVO repair tape repairs among others: tent canvas, rubber (inflatable) boats, sun and rain screens, jackets and bags. But also products made of aluminium, stainless steel, polyester and more. Please scroll down further for more specific information and the manual.

For tent repair: Make sure the surface is completely dry. Keep ESVO repair tape out of reach of children.

In case of cracks or holes in the middle of the material:

1. Clean the surface to be repaired and preferably free of grease (be careful with cotton, because of possible damage to waterproofing)
.... Wait until everything is dry.
2. Cut the ESVO repair tape to the correct size. For an optimal connection the
....th patch needs at least 2.5 centimetres of adhesion on all sides of the tear.
3. Cut the corners preferably round.
4. Carefully peel off a piece of approx. 1 centimetre of the protective paper of
.... patch. To do so, stretch the patch slightly so that the paper tears.
5. Put the damaged material together.
6. Apply the cleared piece of ESVO repair tape to the tear. Remove the rest of the
.... and simultaneously apply the rest of the patch to the material.
7. Press firmly once more from the centre.

In case of cracks or holes at the edge of the material:

1. Clean the surface to be repaired and preferably free of grease (be careful with cotton, because it may affect the waterproofing).
.... Wait until everything is dry.
2. Cut the ESVO repair tape patch to the correct size. For an optimal connection the
....th patch needs at least 2.5 centimetres of adhesion on all sides of the tear.
3. Apply the patch to the outside of the fabric and turn the fabric over.
