After receipt of your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us.
We will answer your complaint within 14 days after receipt, if it takes more time, we will inform you of this.

From 15 February 2016 it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. When the complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the platform of the European Union.
