This really extremely strong belt strap is made of 100% polyester, at 50 mm width. Because of its special 6-lane fabric woven structure, this belt strap is extremely strong, while still being soft to the touch in use. Therefore, this is also known as so-called car belt strap or safety belt webbing.
The belt strap is 1 mm thick, and is mainly used for confection of seat belts, heavy carrying bags, prams (child's safety harness) or even tree strap (strong straps to grow your tree in the right and straight shape). Belt tape generally has a tensile strength of 2200 daN.
We supply this belt tape from the roll and we cut to size: as little as 10 centimetres.
Properties of this belt strap
- Strap width:50 mm
- Thickness of the belt webbing: 1 mm
- Strap can be used for example for heavy carrier bags (as shoulder strap), tree strap, prams, safety vest, etc.
- P.S. Although the material and strength of the belt strap is the same as strap for a seat belt, this strap does not have an official safety certificate. We therefore point to its primal strength properties and the applications indicated, but accept no responsibility if you are going to use the strap for a seat belt.
