Tent canvas Ten Cate All Season. WM-17, off white 77985
WM-17 is a tent fabric specially developed by Ten Cate Outdoor Fabrics. The composition is 65% polyester and 35% PVA. Wet stains can be removed from this special tent fabric by simply dabbing it with an absorbent cloth or simply rinsing it under the tap.
The PVA component (polyvinyl alcohol) has slightly moisture-absorbing properties, which prevents condensation or ambient moisture. The moisture can also easily dry. This means that there can still be a pleasant climate inside a fabric construction.
This fabric, manufactured by Ten Cate, is waterproof and is used as a tent fabric for awnings, side walls, sun sails etc. Therefore it's a very durable fabric. The polyester fabric is waterproof coated with an acrylic coating and also has a dirt-repellent finish.
General properties of tent fabric WM-17
- In general: strong, single-layer coated tent fabric with pva-fibre. Ideal for walls of high-quality awnings and family tents.

* If your fabric construction becomes completely flat/level, we have as an alternative the Ten Cate All Season tent canvas in WR18 quality. This fabric type has a 2-layer acrylic coating and a higher water column (85cm). In terms of functionality, the WM17 and the WR-18 do not differ, but when it really comes to waterproofing, the WR18 is more waterproof.
