ESVOTex polyester/cotton is the optimum blend for tent fabric. It is a mat tent fabric with a very firm grip and, thanks to its strong structure, can also be stretched tautly. This makes it highly suitable for heavy duty applications such as patrol tents, awning fabric, tipi tents, tarpaulins, scouting tents, but also as projection fabric: photo fabric or beamer fabric.

What is so special about this polyester/cotton tent fabric?
ESVOTex polyester/cotton is a so-called 'mixed fabric', made from a mix of cotton and polyester fibres. This version is a heavy fabric: 420 g/m2. The cotton component breathes and regulates moisture. The polyester part comes into its own by providing extra strength and durability. ESVOTex is treated against mould and is naturally waterproof: a water column of 50 cm (where 17 cm is already sufficient for a patrol tent or tipi tent).
